I’m Karen. I’ve been saying that being a Food Blogger or a travel writer would be my dream job for a while now. Unfortunately, I lack the skills to make a go of it professionally, so I must keep my day job. Then I got thinking… EVERYONE has a blog, so why can’t I? And A Freckle in Time was born.
